Slacker

I've been a slacker about updating this blog. Mostly because I've started posting client previews on my Facebook page, where you can just click "share" and share your previews easily with friends and family. And, it got very, very busy around here and I just wasn't able to find time to update both Facebook and the Blog. So, if you want to see more recent photos, visit me on Facebook at www.facebook.com/outloudphotography. I promise to post here more often in the future and have an idea for a fun post in the very near future. But until then, I cannot post without a picture, so check out this cutie! I've been taking pictures of her since her first birthday and now she's a full grown kindergartener! I love watching my little clients grow up...

Getting Caught Up...Contest launching Soon!

I really wasn't kidding when I mentioned that I had been neglecting this blog. I was just going through some of my photos to see how many I had on Facebook but not here. There are a lot. Since I'm just an hour or so away from launching a contest on Facebook (for details check www.facebook.com/outloudphotography), I thought it was time to get things all caught up here on the blog.   And, if you are participating in the Facebook contest, I gave each of these photos a letter to help you out since they'll be more difficult to identify than photos that have their own posts.  So, without further ado, here are a whole lot of lovely families and kiddos that never made it to the blog:

One more of this family... I can't resist!  This picture is exactly why I got into photography.  To catch those moment of people just being themselves, when the love is just right there on the surface and so easy to see.  My favorite shots are the ones where I am able to catch a really authentic moment, and let people have that moment forever.

Of course, it doesn't hurt that this family is so adorable and awesome!

Graduation Time

So, I don't post to the blog as much as I used to because I put everything on my Facebook page now.  But I am trying very hard to get back into updating the blog as well for those of you who do not follow me on Facebook.  (And if you don't, you should!  I will be putting up some Facebook specials, contests, coupons, etc. in the future)

So, on Sunday I had the chance to go and do a Senior Portrait and Family photo session for Malia (and her parents).  It was so much fun!  I think by the end of the session, everyone was smiling at least 75% and we were all getting some good laughs.  Thanks for inviting me to do this session for you!

Fields of Gold

These two littles came out early, early to wander out into one of the awesome wildflower fields we get here in the springtime.  They are both just adorable - enjoy the previews!
